Next Trail
Please join us for the 45th (or thereabouts) running (and/or walking) of Fayetteville's Family Friendly Hash House Harriers! HEY WANKERS and WANKETTES and your OFFSPRING!!! From Everywhere!!! THE Fayetteville Family Friendly Hash House Harriers next running will be Hared by Snapper John MD DIRECTIONS: To get there take 401 Bypass (Skibo/Pamalee/Country Club) to Clearwater Drive (one long block East of Rosehill or about 0.69 miles West of Ramsey Street) - Go North on Clearwater until the first road you can turn right on (Hilliard Drive - much more than a block), turn right on Hilliard and go until you reach #369. Look for a hash flag at the house - red flag with a black foot on it that says ON-ON! Google Maps says it is here: http://maps.google.com/?q=369+Hilliard+Drive+Fayetteville+,+N.C. (Please note - despite appearances to the contrary on the map - Hilliard does NOT connect to Crystal Drive to the North) To get prompt email notification, please sign up for our Yahoo-group emails - please follow the link to the right. ON-ON-After location: Our backyard - planning a bonfire in our firepit to celebrate the Spring Equinox. Will probably grill hotdogs over the fire. Might make smores too. Recommend bringing baby/child carriers for those too small to walk all the way. Will be some shiggy, will not be too thick at least on the Trukey options. At least one Eagle choice will NOT be strollerable - torch optional, you'll know when you see it. Bring friends if you've got em. I did get ahold of the local paper and we will supposedly be advertised in there, so may be some new folks we don't know yet. |

HomePageThe newest hash to come to Fayetteville, NC. We plan to give a family friendly alternative for hashing in the Fayetteville area. We plan to hash monthly or more often based on interest. Trail will usually have a strollerable option, usually an eagle option also. Currently at 2PM one Saturday each month (usually later in the Summer), subject to change - check the messages for details. (ocassionally moves to Sunday based on schedules - check here or better yet join our YahooGroup for notification) Cost is $3 for adults, $1 for kids, free for pre-schoolers - additional $3/$1 if meal provided otherwise an optional gathering at a local inexpensive restaurant afterwards. Cost covers the first beer or wine cooler for adults. Additional bottled beer or wine coolers for $1, cheap canned beer 2 for $1. Also covers a fun trail and a few munchies. FREE the first time for those who have NEVER hashed before - still expect you to pay the cost of your beer but that's it the first time.
